How can we feel so comfortable and in control in one situation, yet overwhelmed with self-doubt and hesitation in another? It doesn’t seem fair for insecurity to rear its head just when we need confidence the most. Is it simply a function of experience and practice? Wouldn’t it be great to develop an edge of confidence earlier in the game?
This training focuses on the aspects of confidence that most motivators ignore. The premise is that most people try to "put on" confidence, psych themselves up, or otherwise do things that take effort and can't possibly last. This training is designed to access the confidence that is so natural to you that you'll never have to pump yourself up again.
This training is very interactive, with lots of humor.
